- Preparing damage estimates based on scope of loss documentation

- Submitting and managing insurance supplement requests on behalf of clients

- Following up with insurance carriers regarding claim status and adjuster responses

- Providing claim status updates via our CRM portal, email, and SMS

 

 

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

 

By engaging Armor Estimating, you agree to:

 

- Provide accurate and complete scope of loss documentation, photographs, and any other materials required for estimate preparation

- Respond to requests for additional information in a timely manner

- Ensure that all information provided to Armor Estimating is truthful and not misleading

- Notify us promptly of any changes to your claim status, contact information, or project scope

 

 

3. ESTIMATES AND DELIVERABLES

 

Estimates prepared by Armor Estimating are professional opinions based on the documentation and information provided to us. Estimates are not guarantees of insurance claim approval, payment amounts, or project outcomes. Final claim decisions rest with the insurance carrier. Armor Estimating is not responsible for carrier denials, underpayments, or disputes arising from the carrier's review process.

 

 

4. COMMUNICATION AND SMS MESSAGING

 

By providing your phone number and engaging our services, you consent to receive service-related communications from Armor Estimating, including:

 

- Claim status updates and notifications

- Requests for additional documentation or information

- Follow-up messages regarding your claim or estimate

- Appointment and scheduling coordination

 

Messages may be sent via email, SMS text message, or phone call based on your communication preference on file. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You may update your communication preferences by contacting us at info@armorestimating.com.

 

 

5. PAYMENT TERMS

 

Payment terms, fees, and billing schedules will be outlined in your individual service agreement with Armor Estimating. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing. Armor Estimating reserves the right to suspend services immediately upon non-payment.

 

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All estimates, reports, templates, workflows, and other materials produced by Armor Estimating remain the intellectual property of Armor Estimating LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use deliverables for the specific claim or project for which they were prepared.

 

 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armor Estimating LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services, including but not limited to lost profits, claim denials, or delays in insurance processing. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

 

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

 

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Armor Estimating makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of estimates, the outcome of insurance claims, or the availability of our Site or services.

 

 

9. INDEMNIFICATION

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Armor Estimating LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or any inaccurate information you provide.

 

 

10. TERMINATION

 

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for completed work remain due and payable. Armor Estimating reserves the right to retain copies of all work product and communications for our records.

 

 

11. GOVERNING LAW

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

 

 

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
