In many cases the insurance adjusters are not experienced with materials such as Standing Metal seam, TPO, Ribbed, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Hot Tar, Etc. When they are not experienced they leave off a ton of additional items it will take to complete the job.
In some cases your sales team is experienced in the materials needed to complete the roof but they do not understand the line items to be used. Choosing the incorrect line item can prevent you from receiving large sums of money.
